Living Christ Early Learning Center (LCELC) employs a full-time kitchen manager/cook who makes all meals on site daily. Breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack are all included in tuition for children age 16 months through 12 years. Meals are prepared according to the Child and Adult Care Food Program meal patterns, and guidelines set forth by the USDA.

Breakfast includes 5 different cereals containing less than 6 grams of sugar/ounce, fresh seasonal fruit and milk (whole for 1-2 year olds, 1% for 2-5 year olds, and skim for 5+ year olds).

Lunch includes all 5 components of a healthy diet- milk or milk substitute, meat or meat alternate, vegetable, fruit, and grain and are made fresh daily on site.

Snack includes 2 of the 5 components and when juice is served it is only 100% fruit juice.
